Formerly executive chef at the two-Michelin-starred Pavillon Ledoyen, he is writing a new chapter here, combining tradition and innovation.
His ambition is to make this restaurant a place for sharing and enjoyment, where every dish celebrates the link between tradition and innovation.

Our restaurant is open Tuesday through Friday for lunch from noon to 2:00 p.m., and Monday through Friday for dinner from 7:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
