  • Communicate with the customer when necessary regarding their reservation (delay, exceptional closure, confirmation, etc.)

6. Sub-Processor: Zenchef

Reservations are managed via the Zenchef online booking system.

Zenchef acts as a data processor within the meaning of the GDPR, on behalf of Maison Ruggieri PR.

The data you enter in the reservation form is therefore hosted and processed by Zenchef, according to their own terms and privacy policy.

7. Data Recipients

Personal data collected via Zenchef is intended for:

Maison Ruggieri and its authorised staff (floor management, management, and possibly administrative services)

Zenchef, as the technical booking provider

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

  • when necessary for technical reasons (hosting, maintenance, IT providers),

Once these periods expire, data is deleted or anonymised.
